Spirit Communication
I have found my work with Spirit Communication to be more valuable than I could ever have imagined it to be. I was introduced to my guides, teachers, friends and family members over 40 years ago. I have always found my relationship with my teachers and loved ones in spirit to be kind, loving and caring. Since then, I have been guided very beautifully on my own spiritual path, which I value beyond measure.

The Teachings are growing, open ended, focused ideas and thought processes, which when put into practice, lead to health and wholeness. They have led me through my own fulfilling choices from a place of doubt and fear to a place of inner security, self-respect and so much more.
The purpose of Metaphysical Teachings is to use the creative powers of the Mind efficiently. The work focuses on self-responsibility, while living from the inside out. Spiritual Energy Healing
A peaceful mind precedes healing. Healing energy moves the individual beyond the sense of separation where the real self is free to initiate healing. Healing sessions are customized to meet individual needs combining several Pathways as is necessary. The basis of all healing is change of belief. We call this Spiritual Energy Healing. I encourage and guide those with whom I am working to participate in their own healing journey. I draw from my varied levels of expertise to help each individual learn how to help him or herself move through the healing process on an everyday basis. Healing methods have as their foundation in Universal and Spiritual principles.
Anyone who conscientiously studies and applies these laws can be a channel for healing in themselves and others.
